JOHN'S MOLONG BLOG: 03 February 2019 | What happened on this day in the Molong of yesteryear? And what's happening today and in the near future.
From Molong on 03 February 1911, The Molong Argus reported: "Chicken hawks are a grea pest for Molong housewives. Several, however, of these birds of orey have lately been despatched per rifle, Messrs W Garlick and W Goldspink having accounted for a few during the week at East Molong. Lads, keep on shootin' 'em."
