From Molong on 18 February 1916, The Molong Argus reported: "A linen tea will be given at the School of Arts, on Wednesday afternoon 8 March. All are cordially invited to attend. Donations of old linen, sheets, pillow slips and towels for the use of the Hospital will be thankfully received, also cakes for the afternoon tea, at the Hall."
