Is this the bubble to end all bubbles?

I remember reading a quote, quite a few years ago, from a prominent American multi-billionaire, along the lines: "When the shoeshine boy is talking buying stocks, it's time to get out of the market.'

Well, I've jusr received a media release headed: "New survey: over 50 per cent of Aussies plan to buy property in next 12 months."

Surely, there can't be some 10-million-plus properties for sale in this country, and even if there were, surely not all these decisions can be soundly based. Perhaps it's time to get out of the property market.
