ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Born and raised in Milan, Luca Ciano started cooking with his mother and grandma at the age of eight. When he was 18 Luca moved to the UK to pursue his love of food.

While having lived away from home for almost 20 years, Luca still has a strong link to Italy and its cuisine. Luca currently consults for restaurants, magazines and Italians brands in Australia around the world, offering guidance and assistance in their everyday operations.
