Jered Glover brings big-city hotel experience to Molong’s Freemasons
Molong’s Freemasons Hotel has announced the appointment of Jered Glover to head its kitchen team following the departure of Tristan Cronin for the Molong RSL Club’s Soldiers on Riddell Bistro (http://molong.com.au/eats/news/

Jered comes with plenty of Sydney experience, having done his apprenticeship and worked with the JDA Hotels group, which has about a dozen outlets in that city.
He’s also had a stint closer to his new home base with time at Percy’s Bar & Kitchen in Orange.
Jered will start work at the Freemasons in the New Year and will take it easy regarding any changes to the menu, though he does envisage cutting down on its scope.
“I’ll be treading carefully with people’s favourites but I do want to concentrate on good quality bistro food,” he said.
“It’s probably about being a bit less fancy and a bit more about running a bistro in a pub.”
Jered will be head of quite an experienced team that also includes Jacinta Rudd and Jake Ward.
