AMALGAMATION: 12 JANUARY 2017

It’s time to take a trip to Oberon

Two Shooters Fishers & Farmers Party MPs will be addressing a meeting in Oberon on Saturday, 21 January, presumably with the anti-amalgamation plans high on the agenda.

State Upper House MP Robert Borsak and newly elected Member for Orange Phil Donato will address citizens in the Community Centre, Fleming St, Oberon, at 10am.

Molong Online joins Cabonne’s Amalgamation No Thank You (ANTY) group in urging as many local residents as possible to make the trip on the day and make their voices heard.

After all, Donato was only elected — in a seat where the Nationals thought they were invincible — because of the anti-amalgamation groundswell in booths such as Molong, Cumnock and Mullion Creek. He owes Cabonne big time.

Phil Donato ... owes Cabonne big time.
