Carols on the Green … a show of real community spirit

Not even a relatively brisk December evening could cool the community warmth at Molong’s annual Carols on the Green festivities tonight on the Village.

There would have been a good couple of hundred there, singing carols, munching sausage sandwiches, tapping their feet to the music, or just having a welcome chat with friends and neighbours.

They came in all shapes and sizes, and belonged to all age groups. Above all, there was a very good feeling to the gathering. Long may it be part of Molong community life.
