Championship singles results

Championship singles results from the weekend were Iain Campbell defeated Greg Trevena, Troy Williams defeated Craig Williamson, Ben Allcorn defeated Ned Kurta, Sam Allcorn defeated Will Cox, Andrew Gosper defeated Anthony Regan, Steven Ball defeated Tany Bennett, Tod Allcorn defeated Barry Gosper, Sam Pallier defeated Tim Williamson and Glenn Gosper defeated Col Dunn.

The second round of singles is set down to be played on or before Sunday 5 February.

Friday night Twilights were washed out, but the Saturday night Mini Carnival was played, with the winning team being Dot Williamson, Sonja Trevena and Iain Campbell. Runners-up were Kim Campbell, Andrew Gosper and Glenn Gosper.

The Carty-Price Shield will be held at Parkes this Saturday. Teams are on the board with all players to be at the clubhouse by noon.

OnAustralia Day, the club is having twilight bowls with spiders and prizes to be won. Names in by 6pm for a 6.30 roll-up.
